The Shepody Café operates during Food Bank hours, on Wednesdays from 1:00PM to 3:00PM.  Fresh, homemade soups from ingredients that are commonly found in the food boxes are served in a comfortable, homey atmosphere.  We provide recipes and guidance on how to prepare fresh, nutritious meals.
